Cascade Community Management and Our Sister Companies
Have been serving the Portland Metro Area for over 20 years. In 2007 Mr. Cody Halsey purchased Cascade Community Management, LLC. At the time Mr. Halsey purchased Cascade, Cascade was your average small management company. With Mr. Halsey’s unique client relations and marketing techniques he has been able to quickly grow the company into one of the premier full service property management companies servicing the Portland Metro Area.
October 2008, CCH Enterprises, Inc, Cascade Community Management’s parent company, owned by Mr. Halsey, purchased Peters & Company Real Estate Management. Peters & Co has been serving Portland for over 28 years. Peters & Co does not only handle residential property management, Peters & Co also manages Home Owner Associations (HOA). Cascade Community Management has absorbed Peters & Co property management portfolio into its current portfolio. This purchase and merger has anchored Cascade Community Management and Peters & Co as one of Portland’s premier all in one management companies.
June, 2009 Peters & Company formally changed their name to Noah & Associates Community Management. The name Noah came from Mr. Halsey’s dog that passed away in late 2007 from cancer.
October, 2010, CCH Enterprises Inc purchased Chuck Hanson Real Estate. Chuck Hanson Real Estate has been serving SW Portland for over 30 years. CCH Enterprises, Inc has re-located the offices to Cascade Community Management’s office and will begin the process of transferring the Chuck Hanson portfolio under Cascade Community Management’s portfolio.
April, 2011, CCH Enterprises Inc created Cascade Community Realty Group out of the need of our clients. This new addition allows our sister companies to assist our clients and potential future clients in buying and selling real estate. Cascade Community Realty Group also assists buyers and sellers that are not investors.
February, 2012, CCH Enterprises, Inc created Real Estate Network Group. Real Estate Network Group is exactly what the market and the agents needed. No franchise fees, no nickel and diming charges to our agents.
